When did PSL take shape?

PSL took shape in September 2015.

 Slowly, the idea of expansion came through, and there were many names for the sixth team. From Faisalabad, FATA, Hyderabad, Dera Murad Jamali, and Multan, the best one being Multan came to the mix, and they won the right. Schon had won the bid and became the owners of Multan, which later didn’t work out well, and they were discarded to be the owner.
